Zumba has been in my life for 7 years. I have been an Instructor for 4 years AND what an awesome journey it has been, I absolutely love it!
Zumba has changed my life physically and mentally. A mum of 9 children I needed something that I was going to enjoy and going to the gym every now and then just wasn't happening. I wanted something different to try so found a class and gave Zumba Fitness a go! I found out I really liked it, loved the music, had some fun moves and was for all shapes and sizes no matter what! For new students I recommend keeping choreo simple to allow participants to learn, keeping it clean and moving onto the fancy footwork later. |

I now run classes in and near Hiru Harama (Jerusalem) up the Whanganui River. Monday, Wednesday and Friday's starting 6.00pm.
